SAS iTower is envisioned as a 171-meter, 37-storey business tower, making it the tallest commercial tower in Hyderabad’s Central Business District (CBD). Spread across 10.36 acres, the project represents a new era of premium commercial development with a strong focus on functionality and innovation.

JEC Scope:

  • As the Mechanical Consultant, JEC is responsible for designing core mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, and energy-efficient solutions tailored for high-rise commercial towers.
  • Coordination with high-performance façades and green building systems for sustainability.
  • Integration with BMS, smoke management, and fire safety systems aligned with international and Indian standards (NBC, ASHRAE, IGBC Gold rating compliance).
