Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Design and coordination of cooling, ventilation and associated mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HVAC design experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years of demonstrable data centre project experience
  • Experience in cooling-load calculations, chilled-water or DX systems, redundancy, controls interfaces and BIM coordination

Senior ELV Design Engineer

Design and coordination of ELV, life-safety and integrated low-current systems for mission-critical facilities.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant ELV design experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years of demonstrable data centre project experience
  • Experience in fire alarm, structured cabling, security, PAVA, BMS/DCIM interfaces and multidisciplinary coordination

Senior Architect

Lead architectural design development and coordination for complex building projects from concept through technical documentation.

  • 10–12 years of relevant architectural consultancy experience
  • Strong design-development, technical-detailing and multidisciplinary coordination capability
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience coordinating architecture with structure, MEP and BIM delivery
