Yes. JEC can provide a defined modelling and technical-production package under an appointed lead consultant, provided inputs, responsibility boundaries, review protocols and approvals are clearly agreed.
Does a clash-free model mean the design is complete?
No. Clash detection is one coordination tool. Capacity, code compliance, access, operating sequences, maintainability, specifications and design responsibility still require engineering review.
Can JEC coordinate data-centre or healthcare BIM models?
Yes. JEC supports multidisciplinary coordination for mission-critical, healthcare, high-rise, hospitality, commercial and industrial environments, with the exact systems and information level defined for each appointment.
Which Revit level of development does JEC provide?
The level of geometry and information is agreed against the project stage, BIM execution plan and required deliverables. JEC avoids promising a generic LOD without first confirming what the client needs and who owns each information element.
