This notice explains how JEC Design Consultants handles website enquiries and presents its design, project, image and third-party information.
Enquiry information
When you submit the project-enquiry form, JEC receives the information you provide so it can review and respond to the enquiry. Do not upload or transmit confidential, personal or project-controlled information unless you are authorised to share it. JEC does not sell website-enquiry information.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect website information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably required for communication, proposal, contractual, legal or security purposes.
Copyright and permitted use
Unless identified otherwise, JEC controls or is authorised to use the original website text, design compilation, layout and branded technical illustrations. They may not be copied, republished, sold or presented as another organisation’s work without written permission. Some illustrative material may be generated or digitally composed; copyright protection can vary by jurisdiction.
Projects, images and confidentiality
Representative illustrations are not client drawings or evidence of a named project unless expressly stated. Client names, logos, photographs, models, statistics and project details are published only where JEC confirms it has the required permission. Contact JEC if you believe any material requires correction or removal.
Standards, accreditations and trademarks
References to Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ISO, ASHRAE, NFPA, LEED, WELL, GSAS, IGBC, Revit and other standards, systems or trademarks are for technical context. They remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply accreditation, certification, approval, partnership or endorsement of JEC.
External links and industry headlines
External news cards contain brief attributed headlines and links to the original publisher. JEC does not reproduce the publisher’s complete article or photography and is not responsible for external-site content, availability or privacy practices.
