JEC supports data-centre owners, developers, lead consultants and contractors with defined architecture, structural, MEP and BIM work packages. Capability spans master planning, electrical infrastructure, cooling, firefighting, controls, Revit coordination and concept-to-IFC design development.
Availability objectives and potentially applicable requirements such as Uptime Institute Tier criteria, TIA-942, ASHRAE and NFPA are addressed only where specified for the project. Their reference does not imply JEC accreditation or project certification.

What information does JEC need to prepare a proposal?
Please share the project location, sector, approximate size, available architectural information, present design stage, required disciplines, expected deliverables and programme. JEC will identify any assumptions or missing inputs before confirming the scope.
Can JEC provide one discipline or a complete multidisciplinary package?
Both options are available. JEC can undertake a defined architecture, interior, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, firefighting, ELV, lighting or BIM package, or coordinate several disciplines under one agreed appointment.
Can JEC work confidentially under an international lead consultant?
Yes. JEC supports international consultants with design development, calculations, drawings and Revit production under agreed communication, quality, confidentiality and design-responsibility protocols.
Which design stages and deliverables can be included?
Depending on the appointment, services can cover concept, schematic design, detailed design, tender, authority coordination and selected construction-stage support. The proposal defines calculations, reports, drawings, models, schedules and review cycles required at each stage.
How are codes, authorities and certification requirements handled?
Applicable codes, utility requirements and authority criteria are confirmed for the project jurisdiction. Formal certification or accreditation is coordinated only where it forms part of the appointment and the relevant certifying body has been engaged.
